As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide personalized support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. Responsibilities:

. Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in conversations, playing games, and participating in activities of interest

. Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

. Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

. Remind clients of medication schedules and appointments, and assist with self-administration of medications as needed

. Assist with mobility and transfers, and provide support with daily living activities such as walking, eating, and using the bathroom

. Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes or concerns to the management team

Requirements:

0 years of experience in healthcare or related field (training provided)

Ability to provide companionship, personal care, and assist with daily living activities

Reliable transportation and valid drivers' license (if applicable)

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients of varying weights and mobility levels

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
