RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management

Manage multiple construction and facilities projects from pre-construction planning through project closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and construction timelines.

Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.

Oversee bid solicitation, contractor selection, contract administration, and procurement activities.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, schedule adherence, and construction progress.

Serve as a communication hub between Design, Construction, Facilities, campus teams, and external partners.

Review construction documents, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting.

Facilities & Capital Improvements

Oversee facility renovations, campus expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and capital improvement projects across multiple locations.

Coordinate building repairs, maintenance projects, and system replacements, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact between Facilities, Construction, Design, Operations, Campus Leadership, and external partners.

MUST-HAVES

Experience managing commercial construction, facilities, capital improvement, or renovation projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle management, and building systems.

Knowledge of contractor procurement, bidding processes, contract administration, and vendor management

Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Proficiency with project management software and digital collaboration tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience managing multi-site construction projects.

Background in commercial, institutional, hospitality, educational, or ministry construction.

Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or similar construction management platforms.

Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and municipal approval processes.

Experience leading renovation and occupied-space construction projects.

DAY-TO-DAY

We're typically a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. (Note: There will be after-hours and on-call expectations included in this role. Our Operations team works hard to prevent issues, and we work together to support each other and our campuses when issues do arise.)

There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.

Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
