Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to meeting productivity and quality standards. ## Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (if certified). Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to management. Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.## Qualifications### Required High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality.### Preferred Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience. Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.## Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
