Job Title: Full-Time Accounting Position in Plum with J & F Dental Labs

Overview J & F Dental Labs is seeking a detail-oriented, disciplined professional to manage our in-house accounting and administrative functions. We are a high-standard laboratory that values doing things the right way. We are looking for a reliable individual who can manage the full cycle of accounts while maintaining professional relationships with our dental partners.

Primary Responsibilities

. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections: Managing outgoing invoices and performing consistent, professional follow-ups with dentists to ensure timely payments.

. Accounts Payable (AP): Managing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining scheduled payments.

. Ordering & Inventory: Overseging laboratory supply orders and managing inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.

. Administrative Support: Maintaining organized financial records and assisting with general office tasks as needed.

Requirements

. Proven Experience: Strong background in AR/AP and collections management.

. Communication Skills: Ability to handle collections calls with a balance of firmness and professional courtesy to protect existing client relationships.

. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. No shortcuts.

. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks (ordering, invoicing, and collections) without letting details slip through the cracks.

. Reliability: Consistency in daily tasks and professional conduct.
