Job Title:** Senior Manager (Market Development)

Location: 1550 Wewatta St, Suite 1000, Denver, CO 80202

Duties: Support product launches, working closely with the GOTM team, marketing, and operational teams to ensure successful execution and adoption. Act as the primary point of contact for prospective customers to give them a trusted face who will meet the prospect where they are (anywhere in the US) and will be prepared to travel to LATAM / EU / UK to meet with the wider Liberty Blume and BBS teams. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the product space Research the market, user studies, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and solutions opportunities. Assess consumption trends, usability, model volumes, and likely restrictions or exceptions. Facilitate pre-sales demoes, pitches, and trialling of solutions to US prospects with BBS team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, design, marketing, sales, commercial and operations to shape key features of our offering and to generate profitable sales. Up to 10% travel required for education/seminars and business development. Salary $135,500.00. Standard corporate benefits.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management, Marketing, or related plus 5 years of experience as a Management Analyst, Capital Allocation & Business Control Manager, Finance Business Partner, or related. Experience must include: Leading financial forecasting process by interrogating, consolidating, and aggregating the financial performance of the group and presenting to senior leadership in a regular cadence. Collaborating with multiple teams and business units to improve current ways of working through the adoption of latest technologies and digitization. Nurturing fundamental relationships with clients and suppliers, gaining a deep understanding of their offerings, ways of working, and their position within the BPO / GBS industry.
