Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Stamping Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Strongsville, Ohio. The candidate will operate stamping press equipment, inspect parts for quality, and help maintain efficient production while adhering to all safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate mechanical stamping presses safely and efficiently.

Set up and change over progressive dies in mechanical stamping presses.

Load coils, adjust feeders, and straighteners to ensure quality production.

Remove finished parts from production equipment.

Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments as necessary.

Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or stamping press experience preferred.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
