Key Responsibilities

[Operate production-line equipment and automated assembly systems ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Assemble automotive components using hand tools, air guns, jigs, and robotic-assisted equipment ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product standards are met ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Monitor production output and meet daily/shift quotas ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Load, position, and secure parts in fixtures for assembly operations ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Move materials between workstations using carts and dollies ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Reset machine alarms and perform minor CNC adjustments (as trained) ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Assist with training new associates and supporting team operations ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

[Communicate production or quality issues to team leaders ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 9pt"=""}

Additional Responsibilities
