Job Summary:

The Home2 Suites/Hampton Inn Dual Brand in Aiken is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring guest rooms and hotel facilities are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional guest service while maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.

Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.

Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed.

Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping carts daily.

Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and designated areas.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.

Perform guest turndown service when required.

Follow hotel safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Complete additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and/or General Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Previous Hilton-branded hotel experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
