Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

Review customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

Quote, sell, and service personal lines insurance products, including:

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and savings opportunities

Cross-sell additional products and bundle policies when appropriate

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain)

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency management systems
