Full-Time Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

May require occasional extended hours during payroll processing, audits, or financial reporting periods.

Responsibilities Include:

Bookkeeping and Accounting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Monitor general ledger activity and ensure proper account coding.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and company procedures.

Prepare documentation for audits and assist with audit processes as needed.

Billing and Accounts Receivable

Generate and submit claims and invoices accurately and timely.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on unpaid invoices.

Maintain billing records and resolve billing discrepancies.

Coordinate with management regarding collections and payment issues.

Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and related financial summaries.

Payroll Administration

Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.

Maintain payroll records including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and related reports.

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Coordinate payroll-related reporting for management and external agencies.
