Job Description and Responsibilities:

Jerry's Towing is seeking a dependable Tow Truck Driver to provide towing and roadside assistance services. This position involves responding to emergency calls, assisting stranded motorists, and operating tow equipment safely and efficiently.

This job is fast-paced, physical, and not always predictable. You'll be working in traffic, bad weather, and high-pressure situations. If you're reliable and can handle that, you'll do well here.

Operate tow trucks for light-duty and medium-duty vehicles

Respond to roadside calls including jumpstarts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery

Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely

Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally

Complete service documentation accurately

Respond to emergency roadside calls and police rotations

Perform winch-outs, recoveries, and standard tows

Assist customers during stressful situations

Work closely with dispatch in real time

Schedule:

Immediate openings on first (7 AM- 3 PM) and second shift (3PM-11PM) All week and weekend days

WEEKENDS A MUST

Nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (CDL not required)

Clean driving record

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Strong customer service skills

Ability to lift and perform physical work

Willingness to learn

Good work ethic and reliability

Bonus:

Towing experience

Mechanical knowledge

Pay:

Hourly Pay $16-$20/hour based on experience

Opportunity to increase earnings based on performance

Personal time after 90 days

7 paid holidays after 1 year employment
