We are a growing printing, signage, apparel, and promotional products company seeking a Administrative Assistant for our apparel & promotional products division to manage projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative professional with a strong understanding of branded apparel, and the ability to work independently.

This position offers ownership and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Create promotional product presentations and quotes using user friendly software

Oversee orders from quote to production, fulfillment, and delivery

Support webstore customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution

Webstore setup, product selection, pricing, and updates using user friendly software

Required Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage projects without constant supervision

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

Comfortable managing multiple tasks streams in a fast-paced environment
