What You'll Do as a Lead Equipment Operator:

Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Oversee daily equipment operations to ensure safe and efficient production

Lead and support production operators during shifts

Assign tasks and provide guidance on equipment operation and safety practices

Perform equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime

Coordinate repairs and communicate maintenance concerns as needed

Monitor production output and product quality standards

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations

Complete production logs, maintenance records, and operational documentation

Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficient workflow processes
