Administrative Support Specialist

Interested in working in an Administrative Support position in the greater Lexington area!

We are now hiring for an Administrative Support position offering $18-$19/hr, with a raise after 3 months based on performance and reliability.

We are seeking an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support reception, data entry, and to provide personal assistance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving client interaction, office management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones and greet clients professionally

Manage emails and assist with daily office operations

Maintain office organization, including ordering supplies, tidying common areas, replenishing restroom supplies, and running the dishwasher

Enter and update client information accurately within the company database system

Organize daily schedules, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting preparation

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars

Ensure clients feel welcomed and comfortable during office visits

Support the advisor with administrative and personal assistant duties as needed

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting

Positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with RedTail Client Tracking Software is a plus

Must be dependable, accurate, and detail-oriented
