Office Clerk (Part-Time)

Location: Longmont, CO

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Position Overview

Western Foundries is looking for a part-time Office Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to the office staff. This role assists with front-office operations, data entry, AP/AR tasks, and the general administrative needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

General Administrative Tasks --- Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, track orders, etc.

Record Management --- Maintain physical and electronic files.

Inventory Support --- Assist with data entry for material usage, stock counts, and receiving logs.

Data Entry --- Enter production numbers, time logs, and material transactions into ERP or job tracking systems.

Shipping & Receiving Support --- Prepare packing lists, and documentation for outgoing shipments; assist with incoming materials paperwork.

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Support --- Generate quotes and invoices, update pricing, enter purchase orders, track material usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Attention to Detail.

Ability to maintain structured filing systems and manage multiple tasks.

Computer Proficiency. Experience with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred but not required.

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

This role works primarily in an office within a foundry, with regular interaction with staff. Light lifting (up to ~20 lbs) may be needed for files, materials, or supply boxes.
