We are seeking a Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Call Efficiency- able to classify and disposition calls effectively- scheduling appointments via Outlook- transferring calls, etc...

Reception:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Greet and direct our clients and visitors with professional and gracious demeanor. Assist with intake process and manage office traffic.

Clerical/Administrative Duties:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Learn and utilize Medicare Health Insurance websites and Agency information platforms.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain client files using CRM system and excel spreadsheet, order and maintain supplies

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Assist with correspondence and mailing-

Qualifications:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Scheduling Experience preferred

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Phone etiquette and efficiency

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
