Position Summary

Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping, LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and bilingual (English & Spanish) Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time salaried leadership position with benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and a performance-based bonus program.

Responsibilities

Managing daily field operations and production crews

Scheduling and coordinating work using company software

Training employees and maintaining safety standards

Assisting with job site planning, logistics, and quality control

Communicating with clients and team leaders

Monitoring equipment, vehicles, and shop organization

Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software

Minimum 3 years of landscaping or hardscaping experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience managing crews and scheduling operations

Ability to operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, excavators, and landscape equipment

Knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation, pruning, and horticultural practices

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

CDL preferred but not required
