Project Manager (Astoria, NY) - 1. Responsible for complete planning, scheduling, conducting RFIs, and coordinating all phases of design work in installation and operations of public and commercial building and infrastructure projects; 2. As well as overseeing status/progress/technical reports for internal and external review for multiple projects. 3. Working directly with clients and leadership for the projects, ensure all supervised employees utilize proper structural engineering techniques and processes for the design and completion of construction projects. 4. Other responsibilities include: a. perform inspection of construction building projects; b. review development design, permits, construction drawings, and traffic control plans prepared by Assistant PMs/Construction Superintendents to ensure all aspects are compliance with local city codes, regulations, ordinances, design criteria, standard engineering specifications, methods, and other plans; c. supervise and review development agreements and dedications; d. work with engineers, architects, and planners to resolve design related issues; and review and maintain records of drawings and infrastructure blueprints.

Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering (incl. Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering), and 24 months experience in position offered or as an Assistant Project Manager or Assistant Construction Superintendent for urban infrastructure/public/commercial/residential construction projects.

Schedule: M-F, 8-5.

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
