A Warehouse Associate is responsible for daily processing of B2B and B2C orders, from inventory receipt to final outbound shipping.

Responsibilities

Complete fulfillment orders including receiving new merchandise, picking, packing and shipping orders.

Process incoming return orders and prepare for stock put away.

Participating in other support functions as needed.

Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are followed.

Perform all functions in an efficient manner, as directed by the team leads.

Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Job Requirements

Able to clearly communicate (both verbal and written)

Have a positive, "can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Must operate with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to details

Must work safely throughout the day to ensure you go home in the same shape you started the day.

Ability to work a flexible schedule and after hours when necessary to ensure all tasks are met

Exceptional organization skills

Ability to operate warehouse tools (i.e. scanners, warehouse software, etc.)

Bilingual Spanish - English a plus

High School diploma or equivalent required.

A minimum of one year of experience in fulfillment center required

Communication Skills

Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management.

Mathematical Skills

Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction and calculating percentages coupled with ability to use mobile devices

Reasoning Ability

Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills.

Physical Demands

This position involves constant moving and standing.

Involves standing/walking a minimum of two consecutive hours.

Involves lifting up to 40 lbs.

May occasionally be involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

May involve reaching above eye level.

Other Skills

Ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner.

Should be comfortable with the use of computers, mobile technology, and frequent use of RF equipment.

Work Hours

Current hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm, but a flexible schedule to work over 40 hours and some weekends as needed, especially during peak.
