About the Role

The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays an important role in creating a respectful, efficient, and welcoming health center experience. This position helps patients access care through accurate registration, scheduling, payment processing, and administrative support.

The Medical Receptionist works closely with clinical, billing, and operational teams to support patient flow and revenue cycle processes. This is an administrative and customer-service position and does not provide clinical care or assist with medical procedures.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, protects sensitive information, and provides compassionate, nonjudgmental service to patients from different backgrounds and lived experiences.
