OneSource Staffing is hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for an excellent opportunity in New Columbia, PA.

Required Experience: Ability to use Dial Calipers is a requirement to apply.

Familiarity with Stainless and Cold Rolled sheet metal is Required.

Press Brake Operation (Preferred)

CNC Machine Operation (Plus!)

Proficiency using dial calipers (required)

Experience working with stainless steel and cold rolled sheet metal

Preferred Skills (not required):

Press brake operation

CNC machine operation

Additional fabrication experience such as:

Punch press

Laser cutting

Shearing

Position Details:

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour

Overtime: As needed to meet production demands

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and tend fabrication equipment, including press brakes

Read and interpret blueprints and job orders (dimensions, tolerances, tooling)

Set up tooling based on CNC programs and secure materials

Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and accuracy

Identify and work with various metals (stainless, carbon steel, aluminum)

Measure materials accurately using tape measures and squares (to 1/32")

Utilize basic math for measurements and conversions

Education & Experience:

Technical degree or certificate preferred

1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
