Overview of Job Responsibilities:

Working with CFO and Accounting Manger to oversee accounting team and functions Creating and managing agency budgets Supporting and overseeing monthly and annual accounting processes Internal and external communication Ensuring adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations

To qualify you must have:

A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field 5+ years of non-profit accounting experience 1+ years of leadership experience Other combinations of education and experience will be considered Expertise with annual accounting reporting requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills Strong interpersonal boundaries
