B2B Outside Sales Representative (Hunter)

This is a field-based, hunter-focused outside sales role responsible for driving new business across the NYC and Boroughs area. You'll own the front end of the sales cycle by prospecting, building relationships, and closing new commercial customers for kitchen ventilation, fire protection, and related service solutions.

Your Typical Day

Prospect and develop new B2B customers through cold outreach, in-person visits, referrals, and networking

Own your territory and pipeline with a hunter mentality

Conduct on-site meetings to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements

Close new business and transition accounts to long-term support teams

Collaborate with operations, technicians, and inside sales to ensure successful onboarding

Track activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM
