Job Description Kingdom Craftsman, LLC is seeking a dependable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Industrial Janitorial Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term position involving high-quality maintenance, deep cleaning, and heavy-duty custodial tasks across multiple local facilities. This is not a typical 8-to-5 desk job. It is rigorous, active physical labor that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. We invest heavily in training our staff on specialized industrial equipment and techniques, so we are looking for dedicated individuals seeking stable, long-term employment. We are willing to work with you and train, but you must be willing to put in the time and effort to learn, exceptions will not be made. Schedule & Hours Primary Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Weekend Flexibility: Must be willing to occasionally fill in on Saturdays and potentially Sundays.

Key Responsibilities Daily Maintenance: Thoroughly wipe down and disinfect surfaces, run mop machines, use industrial flat mops, fill dispensers, empty trash, and maintain an accurate supply inventory. Restroom Sanitation: Deep clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, bowls, walls, and floors to the highest standards. Scrubbing on your hands and knees will be required at all job sites. Heavy-Duty Tasks: Transport heavy loads of mud/debris via wheelbarrow, lift 75+ pounds regularly, and carry heavy aluminum A-frame ladders. YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT AND ABLE TO MAINTAIN A STEADY PACE OF MANUAL LABOR, THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE! Equipment Operation: Operate specialized floor care and cleaning machinery, including ride-on or walk-behind scrubbers, and transport heavy industrial vacuums up and down stairs by yourself. Advanced Floor & Window Care: Clean windows and carpets. You will be trained on professional floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing. Must follow all safety protocols as you will be working solo a majority of the time.

Job Requirements & Qualifications Background Check: Must possess an absolutely clean background check with no felonies or misdemeanors (past or present). Minor traffic violations are the only exception. Transportation: Must have a reliable, working personal vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel independently from jobsite to jobsite throughout the workday. Physical Stamina: Ability to consistently lift 75+ pounds, climb stairs with heavy equipment, and maintain a fast, efficient pace ("hustle") without sacrificing quality. This is more labor intensive than a "standard" custodial position. Focus & Safety: No earphones are permitted on duty, must remain focused on machine to listen for irregularities and to prevent potential issues. Work Ethic: Must be capable of working independently without direct supervision, maintain a respectful attitude toward clients and staff, and possess a solid, reliable employment history. Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour. Probationary Period: 3 to 6 months minimum (may be extended with appropriate notice).
