Location: Golden, CO

Pay: $20--$22 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday--Friday, 7:30 a.m.--4:00 p.m.

Work Environment: In-office position with a casual environment

A Day in the Life

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll help keep the Golden office organized and our customers taken care of. You'll answer calls, assist customers who visit the office, enter service requests, process payments, complete billing tasks, and prepare reports for the local team.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized when priorities change, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and assist customers or connect them with the appropriate team member.

Greet and assist customers who come into the office.

Enter delivery, pickup, service, and other customer requests into Tower.

Complete assigned customer billing and special billing requirements.

Review customer accounts with customers and Territory Managers.

Process credit card and other customer payments.

Send invoices, credit memos, statements, and payment receipts.

Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.

Maintain accurate customer and account information in company systems.

Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.

Help resolve customer questions while providing friendly and responsive service.

Assist with other administrative needs that support the Golden operation.

Requirements:

What You Bring

One to two years of administrative, office, billing, or customer-service experience preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting.

Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management system is helpful but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort learning new software and business systems. Training on Tower will be provided.

Dependability, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

A customer-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of problems through resolution.

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing the company's pre-employment background check and drug screening requirements.
