We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes the initiative and manages projects independently, and will have experience in running an office. Accounting experience is a must. Candidate preferably has an agricultural / conservation background. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is adept at multitasking and can handle various administrative tasks while ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Manage daily office operations, including front desk activities and administrative support.

Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Coordinate annual events

Maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent team player capabilities with a focus on fostering positive workplace relationships.

Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
