Position Summary:

As a Retail Staff member, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting daily store operations. This position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service

Operate cash register and accurately handle cash, credit, and other transactions

Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays

Monitor and replenish inventory as needed

Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, floors, restrooms, and food/beverage areas

Prepare and serve food or beverages, if applicable

Follow all safety, sanitation, and store procedures

Assist with opening and closing duties

Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

Basic math and cash-handling skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
