Duties & Responsibilities

Answering Incoming Phone Calls

Handle Walk-In Traffic of Current Clients & Prospects

Assist Accountants with Data Entry & Payroll Processing for Business Clients

Will Train For All Duties!

Clerical/Office Administration

Assist with Incoming Clients and Phone Calls

Receive Client Payments

Keep Office Supplies & Expendables Ordered

Assist Accountants with Payroll & Accounting for Small Business Clients

Manage Calendars & Emails

Other Related Accounting & Admin Duties
