Join our Payroll team to manage payroll, employee records, and daily payroll operations in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and collaborative.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime)

Location: In-person at our corporate office

Pay: $20.00-24.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on schedule

Maintain employee records and handle employee changes, terminations, and new hires

Complete employment verification and related paperwork

Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and uniform requests

Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, and phone handling

Support payroll and office tasks as needed

Requirements:

1-2 years of payroll experience

Current payroll experience, including multi-state payroll

Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused office setting

Experience supporting multiple locations or sites

Strong knowledge of payroll functions, including preparation, reconciliation, internal controls, and payroll taxes

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Familiarity with payroll software or ability to learn new systems quickly

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems preferred
