HR Generalist & Client Services

Location: Tiell Financial Group Schedule: Full-Time, Monday--Friday (40 hours/week)

We're looking for an HR Generalist to help support our people, strengthen internal processes, and contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace.

Position Overview

This role plays a key part in supporting employee experience, HR processes, and day to day team operations. In the near term, this position will also assist with select client service functions, with the opportunity to evolve into a more dedicated HR-focused role as the firm continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & People Operations

Manage employee review processes, including annual reviews and quarterly check-ins

Support goal setting and track employee progress

Coordinate training, professional development, and team education initiatives

Assist leadership with career development and growth planning

Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook

Track PTO and maintain accurate employee records

Coordinate payroll submissions and benefits administration (including 401(k))

Serve as a resource for employee questions and internal matters

Team & Office Operations

Support workflow coordination and team productivity

Assist leadership with team planning and task management

Help maintain an organized, efficient office environment

Client Service Support

Assist with account processing (withdrawals, deposits, reallocations)

Support account maintenance and documentation updates

Help advisors deliver a high-quality client experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of experience in HR, office operations, or related role preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

High level of discretion with confidential information

Professional, collaborative mindset

Familiarity with payroll, HR policies, or retirement plan administration
