Wage: $153,899 - $175,000 / per year*

Job Duties: Design, build, and optimize the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel across HubSpot and Salesforce, maintaining automation, lead scoring, and routing aligned to company strategy and ICP. Lead implementation of ABM and predictive data infrastructure, including 6sense integrations, intent monitoring, and data-driven lead qualification models. Establish and manage SLA tracking and sales enablement automation, defining routing triggers, monitoring adherence, and automating follow-up workflows. Drive AI and martech innovation by developing and deploying a custom AI assistant trained on internal performance and brand data. Maintain audience and data integrity across platforms through segmentation, attribution, and data hygiene processes. Translate business requirements into technical workflows and marketing automation logic across systems. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Analytics to improve funnel performance, visibility, and conversion.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a marketing management-related occupation.

*The base offered for this role and level of experience is reflected above. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
