The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative support team to ensure efficient and effective office workflows. This position provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of clerical and administrative staff and ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of administrative

professionals, including administrative assistants, receptionists, data entry clerks, and other office personnel.

Assign and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion of tasks

and balance of responsibilities.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship,

and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.

Coordinate schedules, leave requests, and coverage for front desk

and administrative areas.

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including filing

systems, correspondence, calendar management, document preparation, and customer service.

Ensure consistent application of office procedures and standards

across the department.

Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate procurement

activities.

Serve as a point of contact between administrative staff and

leadership.

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation,

minute-taking, and follow-ups.

Prepare administrative reports, such as productivity summaries,

expense tracking, and operations metrics.

Maintain accurate employee records, schedules, and task logs.
