Objective: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory control while providing exceptional customer service. This position reports directly to the Mill Operator Team Lead.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Ensure tools and equipment are in optimal condition; report necessary repairs promptly

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adequate product levels to meet demand

Conduct inventory assessments to identify trends and optimize stock management

Verify the accuracy and integrity of incoming and outgoing products, ensuring they are damage-free

Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse

Store inventory in an accessible and systematic manner

Accurately fill and load customer orders with a positive and professional attitude

Monitor date-sensitive products, facilitating timely removal or transfer as needed

Perform inventory audits and counts to support reporting and compliance needs

Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Physical and Environmental Work Requirements:

Work performed in outdoor agricultural settings with exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, precipitation).

Exposure to dust, pollen, uneven terrain, and active agricultural equipment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move across uneven or rough terrain for extended periods.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment up to 55 pounds.
