Custom Filters Direct is hiring Entry-Level Production Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for growth.

Assemblers - responsible for building and assembling air filters

Customs Department - responsible for finishing filters by cutting and capping them to final specifications

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required at times based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits

Weekly Pay

Starting pay: $14.00/hour (entry-level)

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

Assemble custom air filters based on specifications

Handle materials and support production processes

Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products

This is an entry-level position with full training provided for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble air filters according to specifications

Measure, cut, and handle production materials

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

Package finished products for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and production procedures

Qualifications

No experience required - we will train

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a team environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
