Information Data Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Project Manager (Ref# PM54PM).

Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Plan, schedule, execute, monitor, administer, support, and deliver various IT projects. Responsible for IT project/product management activities including maintaining product backlog, conducting iteration planning meetings, daily standup meetings, review meetings with the business team for different programs, retrospective meetings, requests for proposal (RFPs), project analysis, and cost/effort estimations. Use Rally and JIRA extensively for writing and tracking user stories grouped by features and to track efforts and deliverables. Conduct workshops with Architects and Product Managers to collect high-level requirements and identify impacted applications. Have ownership of end-to-end deliverables, deliver them successfully with zero defects. Interact with team members effectively and document each activity with required evidence from all impacted applications in all phases of the delivery. Involved in pre-onboarding and onboarding-related activities for the new features of the product. Prepare flow / block diagrams to describe the architectural approach to be used and obtain sign-off. Prepare activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and flow diagrams with architectural overview of affected components. Involved in workshop discussions, requirement gathering, preparing business requirement documents and test plan documents, and conducting integration testing and user acceptance testing. Track and control delivery timelines, resource forecasting, and budget control. Prepare management reports including monthly metric presentation and weekly status reports and present them to the customers. Use of JIRA, Rally, MS Project, PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Designer, PS Query, Java, SQL Developer, GitHub, WinSCP, UNIX, and Windows.

Requirements: Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Technology Functional Consultant or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with requirement gathering, product backlog, Rally, and JIRA. 40hrs/week.
