We have immediate openings for commercial glaziers and helpers at our Bismarck location. We pay well, we work hard, and we keep our guys busy.

Open Interviews: We are hosting open applications and walk-in interviews at our Bismarck location this Monday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Show up ready to talk.

The Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hr. DOE.

The Bonus (Tax-Free to You): We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus to direct hires who apply and are hired by May 15th. RRG covers the cost of taxes on this bonus, so you get the exact amount listed. It pays out like this: 1st full week ($250), 1mo ($250), 3mo ($500), 6mo ($500), 9mo ($500), and 12mo ($500).

The Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

You must have a clean driving record and be insurable under our policy (Bonus is 100% contingent on this).

You must apply directly. (No staffing agencies).

You must know how to read a tape measure and use power/hand tools.

You must be able to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis.

You must be comfortable working off ladders and man lifts.

You must be willing to work outside all year round.

You must be able to travel out of town (Hotel and Per Diem paid).

You must be willing to learn a trade and grow with the company.
