Job Summary:

We Do Bling is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team at our retail facility, which features a storefront and a production shop in the back. The Shop Assistant will provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, and support production operations as needed. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for creative, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on rhinestone apparel, accessories, and custom design options.

Process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the storefront.

Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise.

Production Support:

Help prepare custom rhinestone and garment orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Assist with the application of rhinestone designs using heat presses and other equipment.

Organize production materials and maintain a clean workspace.

Collaborate with the production team to meet order deadlines.

General Duties:

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.

Assist in packing and shipping online orders as needed.

Participate in store events, expos, and trade shows when required.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Interest in fashion, customization, or crafting is beneficial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
