We are seeking experienced servers to join our team and generate additional earnings at our events. Located at

Downtown of Nashville TN 37203

As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Be able to carry 6 to 8 plates in oval Banquet tray

Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with a warm welcome.

Set up tables, replenish buffet, clear china during lunch service, assist with replenishing beverages. All meals are buffet style.

Anticipating guest needs and responding accordingly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Clearing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area throughout the event.

Collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers to provide excellent service.

Following all food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or catering environment.

Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.

Availability to work in different shifts

Black Long sleeve button down shirt

Black slacks. No Jeans

Black non-slip resistant shoes

Pay rate $18 an hour
