JOB DUTIES

Review, Code, and Process Accounting Documents Daily

Prepare and Run Monthly Reports

Maintain Various Accounting System Reports and Fiscal Reports

Track Various Accounts

Analyze, Prepare, and Reconcile Expense Reports

Track Purchase Orders

Enter Transactions into County System

Maintain Accurate Records to Complete Monthly and Quarterly Expense Reports

Verify Balances and Coding Information

Reconcile Account and Ensure Balance with State and County Systems

Serve as Backup for Fiscal Operations in SACWIS

Serve as Backup for Agency Reception and Phones and Outgoing Mail

Proof and Correct Material as Needed

WAGE

Starting at $18.02/hour

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One year of experience as an Account Clerk 1.

OR Completion of two years of technical training in business management or similar field with an emphasis on accounting. Also requires one year of experience in a position similar to an Account Clerk 1

OR two courses or twelve months experience in business math and accounting and/or bookkeeping, and one course or six months experience in typing or keyboarding, office practices and procedures, and techniques in writing. Also requires one year of experience in a position similar to an Account Clerk 1
