Reporting to the

Director of Administration, youll be the reliable pointperson who keeps everything running smoothlymanaging communication, organizing documents, and ensuring the office stays efficient and welcoming.

Position Summary

to support a range of administrative tasks. From greeting visitors to managing calendars and keeping the office organized, youll play a key role in maintaining seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

Greet and assist visitors

Perform accurate data entry

Distribute intake forms

Scan, organize, and file paperwork

Monitor, manage, and respond to emails

Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters

Accept, sort, and ship packages and mail

Restock office and facility supplies (printer paper, restroom supplies, etc.)

Provide application information to job seekers

Required Knowledge and Skills

Microsoft Office Suite experience

Intermediate proficiency with PDF software

Familiarity with general office procedures and filing systems

Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities

Accurate, detailoriented data entry

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments

Education and Experience Requirements

18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years of administrative support experience

2+ years of customer service experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic math and calculation skills
