Duties

Safely operate box truck to deliver products across designated routes.

Load and unload items using 2 and 4 wheel dollies, and manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky goods.

Assemble Furniture according to specifications at delivery locations maintaining quality standards throughout the process.

Follow detailed delivery routes, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent customer service during delivery.

Verify shipments against delivery manifests, document any damages or discrepancies, and communicate with dispatch as needed.

Assist with warehouse organization by moving inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Provide courteous customer interactions during deliveries, addressing questions or concerns professionally.

Experience

Prior experience as a delivery driver or mover is highly desirable, especially with route driving in busy environments.

Demonstrated ability to operate box truck safely and confidently.

Experience in warehouse settings involving heavy lifting, moving goods, or using dollies and pallet jacks.

Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.

Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, lifting heavy objects.

Familiarity with load and unload processes and maintaining accurate delivery documentation.

Valid drivers license with a good driving record; commercial drivers license (CDL)
