We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to support overnight production for a growing manufacturing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, structured pay increases, and hands-on training.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure quality output

Load/unload materials and keep production running efficiently

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and tolerances

Perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, calibration)

Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when needed

Maintain accurate production and inspection records

Follow all safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn (manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)

Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a physical environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Starting pay: $23.62/hr + $1.00 shift differential = $24.62/hr
