We are seeking an experienced individual to handle the software and paperwork side of our shipping and receiving department.

Responsibilities

Maintain shipping related documents staying well organized and

accurate

Notifies the supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment

malfunctions

Adheres to established company policies and procedures, paying

special attention to safety regulations

Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training

guidelines

Performs other related duties as assigned

All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their

normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed

Skills

Ability to use and learn software

Strong organizational skills

Basic math and computer skills

Oral and written communication skills

Time Management

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Able to maintain a neat and clean area

Education/Experience

Must have experience using shipping software

Experience with UPS shipping software preferred

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Prior assembly / manufacturing experience helpful

You may also come in person to fill out an application and schedule an interview. This is a day time position that hours may vary between 8:00AM and 7:00PM.
