[The maintenance technician helps keep the 38,000 sq. ft. Dayton House safe, comfortable, and fully functional for the families we serve. Job Qualifications:

[ At least 5 years related maintenance or construction experience; campus facility or management experience preferred]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[ Experience in hospitality or residential facilities preferred]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[ Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
