Provide project direction, design, and analytical feedback to continuously improve end deliverables. Conduct deep analysis of research results to drive strategy and business planning. Collaborate with clients to understand and address their market needs. Implement quantitative research for major clients/brands across various sectors. Lead advanced modeling projects using Principal Components Analytics (PCA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and Johnson's Relative Weights methodologies to drive brand recognition and develop targeted marketing strategies. Implement and coordinate all phases of market research and strategic communications projects.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:

Utilizing Python, R, SQL, and Tableau to deliver high-quality quantitative research;

Market research at a consulting firm, advertising/PR agency, or an in-house corporate market research team;

Applying Hierarchical Bayesian analytic methods and advanced choice modeling to lead analyses that optimized medical testing pricing;

Translating numbers into actionable recommendations for clients;

Handling full life cycles of projects; and

Developing a sophisticated web-based application to standardize and streamline exploration of driving factors through multivariate regression analysis and correlation exploration.

Telecommuting permitted up to three (3) days per week.
