Salary: $10.45 per hour, plus tips

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Baristas will assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations of the retail store. The Lead Barista assists in directing daily activities for the store, resolving customer complaints, and delivering superior customer satisfaction.

RETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Supervises and participates in drink preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.

Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and customer experience.

Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.

Assists with inventory and ordering food and supplies.

Coffee: Packaged and bulk

Chocolate: Packaged and bulk

Tea: Packaged and bulk

Performs other duties as assigned.

Ensures quality of chocolate, coffee & tea products are maintained and served at the highest of standards.

Serves as the go to expert on chocolate services and for customer questions and community support.

Available to help cover call offs as needed.
