We're looking for a reliable, organized, and team-oriented individual to join our team in a multi-functional role that supports customer service, fulfillment, and production.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day---you'll work directly with customers, help manage projects from start to finish, and play a hands-on role in getting jobs produced, packaged, and shipped. You'll be involved in the full process and see your work come to life.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Project Coordination:

Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure a smooth, positive experience

Write up jobs and track them from start to finish

Keep customer information up to date in our systems

Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams

Provide updates, reports, and feedback to management

DMS Support:

Assist with kitting, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment

Assist with running printing and mailing equipment

Help organize and track inventory and materials

Support the team in meeting daily production and shipping deadlines

Jump in where needed to keep jobs moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills --- both written and verbal

Positive, customer-focused attitude

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Comfortable working both at a desk and in a hands-on production environment

Team player with a "pitch-in" mentality

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Monday.com)

High school diploma or GED required

Experience with printing/mailing equipment is a plus (but not required---we will train)
