The Opportunity: Earn While You Learn We are seeking five motivated individuals to join our team as Construction and Property Maintenance Specialists supporting active residential projects on Euclid Street and Dexter Avenue.

These positions include industry recognized credential training, including OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification, through a workforce development initiative aligned with the Going PRO Talent Fund.

Employees will gain hands on experience while developing skills that support long term career growth in construction and property rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with interior and exterior residential rehabilitation

Participate in workforce training and certification programs

Follow city building codes and safety standards

Maintain a clean and professional worksite
