Lincotek Medical is seeking a skilled and hands-on CNC Maintenance Technician for our night shift operations in Vandalia, Ohio. This role is critical to supporting a high-precision medical manufacturing environment by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving CNC machining and facility equipment used in the production of orthopedic and medical device components.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience in a CNC manufacturing environment and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated production facility where uptime, quality, and safety are essential.

This is not a "babysit the machines" maintenance role. We're looking for someone who can diagnose problems, think critically, move quickly, and help keep a world-class manufacturing operation running efficiently overnight.

[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:]{.underline}

Maintains machinery, equipment and facility.

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on CNC production equipment including multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, polishing equipment, grinders, and support systems.

Plans and prepares preventative maintenance on facility equipment including, HVAC, dust collectors, compressors, etc.

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, relays, drives, motors, and electrical control systems.

Able to operate various tools and equipment such as but not limited to cutting torch, welder, grinders, saws, etc.

Responsible for maintenance and repair to pipes, plumbing, and fixtures.

Able to complete some construction requirements such as carpentry, sheetrock, and painting.

Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical failures on manufacturing equipment.

Remains compliant with OSHA standards, EPA regulations, GMP and ISO policies and procedures and any other regulatory body's requirements pertaining to machinery, equipment or the facility.

[EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:]{.underline}

High School Diploma or GED; at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in CNC machining or manufacturing environment required.

Experience in medical device, aerospace, automotive or other highly regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
