This role is with a Christian non-profit organization comprising four distinct ministries serving both local and broader communities. We are seeking candidates who may have experience with Christian non-profits (though this is not required). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong presentation skills, proficiency in telephone communication, effective email writing, quick learning ability, computer literacy, social media marketing expertise, and graphic design capabilities. Involvement in community events and gatherings is integral to this position, including attending occasional meetings.

Ministry Administrative Assistant - Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ministry leaders and staff.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and ministry documents.

Respond to emails and general inquiries.

Serve as the liaison between ministry leaders, members, and the community.

Coordinate internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, and emails for three ministries.

Assist with social media updates and ministry promotions.

Help plan and organize gatherings and meetings for the various ministries.

Coordinate volunteers, materials, and logistics for ministry events.

Ensure all events are thoroughly communicated and efficiently executed.

Maintain accurate records of membership, attendance, ministry activities, merchandise inventory, and other support materials.

Track registrations, sign-ups, and follow-ups for each gathering.

Assist in preparing materials for meetings and gatherings across all ministries.

Manage the ministry website and online stores, both on the website and other platforms.

Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and integrity.

Represent the ministry with professionalism, warmth, and excellence.

Assist with grant documentation and reporting as needed.

Update and manage social media across multiple platforms.
